You are talented. Incredibly good at what you do.
But no matter how much praise you get, how impressed everyone else is with you, you feel like you are meant for more. Heck, you know.
In fact, you've set big goals for yourself.
Everyone says you're crazy. Some say you're trying to prove something. But you don't see another way to live life. Where they see pain, you see growth. An opportunity to better know yourself.
And here's something else no one else knows...
No matter how strong and confident you look to them, on the inside, you're fighting demons every day.
But you don't talk about it because they wouldn't understand.
But I do. I work with people who choose to do hard things, and help them through the voices, the doubts, the fears that mess with them every day.

A story of transformation and resilience
61 marathons in 61 days
Aleksander set out to run 61 marathons in 61 days across Germany, crossing the entire country from north to south (1,600 miles / 2 575 km). An endurance feat that very few people on earth would attempt.
Aleksander came to me to prepare mentally for the challenge.
He was a great athlete, and he knew that his biggest threat — the one thing that could prevent him from seeing this through — would be his mind.
We worked on the thoughts and emotions that threatened to pull him off course. Using neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), we reshaped his beliefs, his self-talk, and the habits he had leading up to the challenge.
My job was to make sure that when things got dark, whether that was during training or at mile 18 on day 52, he had tools to quickly change his focus and state of mind to keep going.
On August 30th, 2024, he crossed the finish line of his 61st marathon in Regensburg, Germany.

"Why do I keep coming back to coaching?"
Everyone will always have things they want to change or improve on. And coaching is just the more efficient way of doing so.
Ready to invest in the work nobody sees?
If you've got a big dream. The kind you don't tell people about. The kind that makes people think you're insane. I want to meet you.
But before you book, read this:
Behind most people who do something remarkable, there's often one person (sometimes several) who was in it the whole way. Someone who knew the doubt, the setbacks, the version of them nobody else got to see. That's the role I'm hoping to play in your story.
This isn't a few sessions and a handshake. You don't build that in two or three months, which is why I don't sell it that way. I take on a few committed clients at a time and we dig deep.
So if you want a quick fix, we're probably not a fit.
But if you want someone on your team for the long haul, let's start with a chat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Life coaching looks broadly at your life, relationships, health, and goals. Mindset coaching goes straight to how you think, decide, and respond under pressure. If you are a high performer who cares about execution, you will likely get more value from mindset coaching.
No. Some clients come with a defined target—like a race, a product launch, or a leadership role. Others come knowing they can play at a higher level but aren’t sure what’s in the way. Coaching surfaces blind spots, clarifies priorities, and sets a direction you can execute on immediately. These are common entry points for mindset coaching.
Plateaus. Most high performers already work hard. Without feedback and new perspective, effort just reinforces the same patterns. Coaching challenges those patterns so you don’t waste months grinding without progress.
Many clients feel a shift in clarity and focus after the first session. Stronger consistency, sharper decisions, and measurable performance gains often show within the first couple of months if you apply the work between sessions.
Coaching isn’t for people looking for shortcuts or someone else to do the work. If you aren’t willing to be challenged, take responsibility, and follow through between sessions, this won’t help you. Coaching is for those serious about elevating their game.
