How It Works
ICF requires 10 hours of mentor coaching over three months:
- 7 hours group mentoring (live, interactive sessions)
- 3 hours 1-on-1 mentoring (focused on your recordings and growth areas)
We don’t just review theory. We dissect real coaching sessions, analyze transcripts, and give actionable feedback so you know exactly what ICF expects from you.
